The City of Hubbard is now accepting applications for the position of Utilityman Trainee for the Water Department. Applications will be accepted starting Wednesday, November 19, 2025 – Thursday, December 4, 2025.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Install and repair water lines;
- Repair sewer lines
- Install water meters;
- Clean, repair and test water meters for proper functioning;
- General Labor such as: loading and unloading materials, tools and equipment, paint water hydrants, digging, etc.
- Meet all job safety requirements;
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate range of $20.10-$22.33 per hour, based on the tier system specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
