Sewer Rates as per Hubbard City Council Ordinance #20-10:
The price to be charged to residents and others for the use of the Waste Water Treatment Facility and system, which price is based upon a flat per user rate plus a consumption charge based upon the amount of water consumed per month be and the same are hereby fixed as follows:
- $18.40 per user per month per system connection;
- PLUS OPERATING CHARGE AS FOLLOWS:
- $3.10 per 100 cubic feet per month of water consumption.
The minimum monthly charge for those who use no water (sewer only customers) shall be $45.00 per month.
There is no discount on sewer rates.
NOTE: Actual bills will deviate slightly from the rates as provided due to rounding of decimals.
