Residents of the Hubbard community have initiated a November 2026 ballot initiative to ban data centers. As required by Ohio Revised Code, the City Auditor is in possession of those petitions. The public is welcome to inspect the petitions in the lobby of the Hubbard Municipal Building for ten days. Copies of said petitions are presented. Anyone wishing to view the original petitions must schedule an appointment with the Auditor’s Office (M-F 8 AM – 4 PM) by calling 330-534-1067. The petitions will be certified to the Trumbull County Board of Elections on July 16, 2026.
